We often refer our clients to experienced mediators who can, in the right cases, be very effective at assisting clients to reach an out of court settlement. We help clients to prepare for mediation sessions.
We also often refer to and work with our clients alongside financial advisers and asset managers, from early on in the legal process, to managing any financial settlement, including issues such as pensions, investments and insurance. We do not provide any financial advice and this remains solely the remit of anyone you appoint to advise you in relation to your finances.
We refer our clients to specialists in other fields when needed and have a trusted network of property consultants, educational consultants, property surveyors, jewellery and other chattels valuers, alternative therapists, addiction specialists and lawyers specialising in non-matrimonial work such as wills, trusts, employment and crime.
We do not accept any payment for referrals we make to other professionals, nor do we pay anything for referrals we receive. Our referrals and recommendations are made solely on the basis of the high standards we expect for our clients.
